Submissions: we welcome ongoing submissions, and it costs you no more than the time it takes to send us an online link or the postage it takes to send us your work directly.  If you don’t hear back from us, don’t fret!  We space our submissions out to create programmes with punch, and yours might just fit in better at a later date and on a different roster.  We do keep all submissions on hand here at NF HQ!

Contact us at nakedframesfest@gmail.com if interested in submitting your projects for this series or with any general questions or comments.

NF V: NOM NOM

Thursday April 7th!

Hosted by FaceFace, the talking wall, NF5 promises to be a unique evening of some of the best animation, music videos, and live musical performances with an emphasis on local talent.

With musical guests MORE OR LES and the WORDBURGLAR

It all gets underway at the

REVUE CINEMA at 9:00pm.

Official Afterparty/Meet + Greet will be held at Coffee & All That Jazz following the screening.

Put on by a shadowy council of artists, Naked Frames concerns itself with providing exposure to all things cool and all types of weird. Despite the growing number of film festivals in Toronto, there still remains a lack of venues for local and independently produced animation and music videos, as well as in-house collaborations that keep animators employed, happy and on their game.

These films flow below the more mainstream current, offering unique and startlingly original pieces. We applaud that sort of thing.
